OUR HISTORY
Mutual has a glorious, distinguished and splendid historical background. Mutual started a construction business in the late 1990s in the name of MAAK Development Ltd. By the name of MAAK Development Ltd, it developed two fascinating projects, namely, Peninsula and Pink garden. Both projects were located in the Baridhara.
Later on, MAAK Development Ltd. were replaced by Mutual Properties Limited in 2004 having its new office at 102/1, Shukrabad, Dhanmondi Centre, Mirpur Road. By the name of Mutual Properties Limited, the company exclusively developed 10 projects in prime location of Dhaka.
It includes, MUTUAL Naz Vila, Sun Flower, Park View, Batash Bari, Dhanmondi Centre, Laurel Vista, Arnadale, Rainbowsia, Babylon, Baitul Ferdous, Dolon Chapa. In 2012, Mutual extended its business in Garments and washing Plant. Accordingly, the company established a ready garments in the name of ‘Mutual Apparels Limited’.
Additionally, Mutual also developed a washing plants in Ashulia in 2015. Reportedly, Mutual Apparels Limited has its two (Garments and Washing) factory in 20 Bigha at Gauripur in Ashulia. To extend its business, Mutual also establishes a sister concern in the name of ‘Mutual Living limited’ in 2017. Currently, Mutual is working with by its all sister concern and collectively renamed as ‘Mutual Group’.
