Aminul Islam Sarker

Chairman

Mr. Aminul Islam Sarker was a Bir Muktijoddha in the Liberation War of Bangladesh in 1971, He fighted against Pakistani Army and Rajakar Bahini at Sector-7 under the Bangladesh Liberation Force (BLF).

Mr.Aminul Islm is a professional businessman, entrepreneur, and industrialist. He was bom in a business family at Parbatipur in Dinajpur district. His father was also a renowned businessman in Leather Industry sector.Mr. Sarker completed his graduation and Masters from the Department of Sociology, University of Dhaka.

Mr.Sarker started his career as an entrepreneur by establishing the ‘ARAM Chemical Industries Ltd. From 1985 to 2000,ARAM Chemical was one of the popular coconutoil company in Bangladesh. Later on, Mr. Aminul Islam shiffed his business concentration to developing and real estate sector. By the name of Mutual Property Limitedi Mr. Sarker developed many residential and commercial projects.Location of the developed projects includes Gulshan, Banani,Baridhara, Dhanmondi,Uttara,Eskaton and Mohammadpur. In 2012,Mr,Sarker gained new interest to expand his business to the Garments sector,and established: Mutual Apparels Limiteo Currently,Mutual Apparels Limited has itsfactory at Garipur in Ashulia, Dhaka. Based on the necessity, Mr. Sarker felt the need to develop a washing plants relatine to the Carments.Accordingly,he inaugurated an international standard washing planf’ adjacenfto the garment factory. Curently, Sarker realizes that innovation, dynamism, and elegance are the key terms in the twenty first century in the real estate market.Thus,he establishes a sister concern, namely, Mutual Living Limited’, only for exclusive, stylish,artistic and aristocratic building development in the metropolis.

Mohammad Riyadh Arafat Amin FCCA

Managing Director

Riyadh Arafat Amin, the Managing Director of Mutual Property Limited achieved his BBA and MBA Degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Dhaka. After completion of post-graduation, Mr. Riyadh studied in the Oxford Brookes University,London for his higher studies. Between 2007 and 2011, he completed his FCCA from London. Currently, Mr. Riyadh is rendering his dynamic knowledge in the garments and washing sector at practice.

Rishad Arafat Amin

Director

Rishad Arafat Amin, is a dynamic leader in real estate sector. Amin’s has vast knowledge and experiences in the construction sector as he has active involvement in this sectors over the last 12 years, Prior lo his involvement in business, Rishad completed his graduation from the Independent Universily of Bangladesh (IUB) and post graduation from AIUB. Arafat oversee the general management and day to day operation of the company.
